So, anyone that has Lion deployed, have you played around with ARD 3.5 at
all? There's mention of a new feature that allows you to remote control a
machine with a user logged in, but not disturb the user. Can anyone confirm
that?

It isn't a rumour, Apple announced this feature along with all the other features.

Pretty cool.

I wasn't so much looking for confirmation that it existed, or that it wasn't

and I have done it as well, works from the built in vnc client also. just have to have 2 accounts, I am planning on getting a big mac pro in the help desks, and have them use it to access just like they do with citrix now to get into customer networks.
