Apple Remote Desktop - multiple serial numbers

Hello Everyone,

A quick question.

At our college, we have a copy of Apple Remote Desktop (ARD) per Art lab in order for the teacher station to remotely blank or control the student stations in the lab when needed. The question is. We have multiple serial numbers, one per lab. Is there an easy way to capture this in composer? How are you folks capturing the serial number in order to not run into conflicts on the network?

If you ever find a way to pull this information out of an existing ARD installation I'd be really grateful if you could let us know how you did it!

The latest version (3.6.x) does not require a serial number.

Why not update one to 3.6.1 and distribute as per Apple guidelines?

Ya, I know you don't have a volume license, but as long as you can account for every deployed copy, you're @$$ is covered if there is an audit.
