I have what i believe is the right setting so our Macs get system updates automatically.
under Policies we have one created that is ongoing and recurring check-in and it installs updates from Apple's Software Update Server and is scoped to all managed clients.
I have a few test Macs that have a notification of updates in the App Store.
There are 4 updates and includes one called Security Update 2016-001 10.11.6
This update is waiting for a user to click on "update", then it downloads restarts looks to install the updates, then i get a message
"security update 2016-001" could not be verified. When i restart it still wants to be installed.
Is this something to do with how i have maybe some policies blocking it from installing? Is there a way to maybe have this deployed a different way?
I am not sure if this is an OS thing, or a Casper policy thing.
