For anyone syncing their Apple School Manager to Infinite Campus, anyone have any useful steps i might take?
I have several students (that I know of) that have had schedule changes in Campus and the old classes are stuck with the student, showing they have 20 classes instead of the expected 10-11.
I have gone so far as to break the connection between ASM and Campus TWICE but both times all 20 classes stuck, despite there only being the correct number of classes in Campus for these students. There is no way that I am aware of to refresh a single student in ASM, and my experience with deleting a user in ASM and expecting it to come back by syncing has not been very successful. It takes a few days for them to reappear, and then frequently they come back with missing info, in particular NO classes attached. Also, these students have Active Managed apple IDs so I do not want to break those.
For the most part the sync is successful and classes update daily.
