Availability Pending issue

Hello Everyone, I'm sure this has been covered but I'm trying to upload SentinelOne install as a package in Self-Service in Jamf but I keep getting "Availability Pending" and the install displays Error when I try to install in Self-Service. I was wondering if the Availability Pending error is the root cause? Please help.

It doesn't seem to matter how big the file is. I see "Availability pending" when I upload something as small as 500KB. This is ridiculous. When I used to run several on-prem Jamf Pro servers I had them all setup to use AWS for distribution. I never saw this happen. My packages were available immediately after uploading them. I was told by Jamf that it can take up to an hour to make the package available to use. That is NOT acceptable to me. I'm going to complain about it. Again.
