Base OS Image from DVD

Pardon me if this has been covered, just point me in the right direction.
I have been able to use Composer to create an OS package from an install DVD of 10.6.1, and I can deploy this image and machines boot, the issue is that it boots to the OS setup window. I want to be able to setup a machine from scratch without first installing and setting up all the users settings, etc on a machine. I can make all the settings and create all the users I need with packages. What steps am I missing?

In the casper imaging app, there should be a setting to suppress the initial welcome screen, you can uncheck that box. I think you can set that in auto run data. You can tweak the OS settings in Casper admin and in Casper imaging to suppress that initial set up screen. I just don't have any specific references right now as my casper servers are all running updates and getting hardware swapped out of them (upgrades) at the moment.
