I set up an Apple ID for DEP enrollment back at the end of Feb/start of March. The little tooltip on the DEP homepage says that the new account can be in review for "up to 5 business days"...
I've now been waiting a month and a half and it's STILL under review. Does anyone have any advice or contacts that can help push this through quicker? Our enterprise is really starting to struggle without DEP in place. The account is for UK based enrolments and hardware reseller purchases.

When we set our DEP up, Apple "claimed" to have tried calling me about our sign up although I had no missed calls!
They emailed asking me to call them on 0800 912 7302 to discuss - I'm guessing that this is a general number and not one that takes you through to a specific agent so may be worth giving them a call to see what's going on.
