Restricted Software? Since you can scope it to specific Macs, you'd have to find some way of identifying Macs with it already installed and having it set up and set them as an exclusion, or do the reverse and identify Macs without it installed and set up and set them as the scope for 2 Restricted Software settings to stop the apps from running.
I can't see an easy way to stop them from downloading it and possibly even installing it however, since, I believe these both come as standard package installers, not something specific you can target with Restricted Software. Best you may be able to do is stop it from running once its installed, on just those Macs that you want to target with it.
Unless you have a web filter where you can block the download addresses for those products?
