Yes, Use Composer - Normal Snapshot to make a DMG and set it to fill user templates and home directories. Then push it out as a Policy. Only way for InDesign to not give an error when not logged in as the admin account that it was installed with.

Don't see any option for home directories.
And what kind of policy? I put it in a configuration and still getting errors
