C.Admin 9.63 replicating servers that are powered down

Anybody notice that C.Admin 9.63 hangs when it tries to replicate a server that's powered off?

@donmontalvo no, one is a new machine and it's in transit to the site, the other i have no idea why it keeps powering down. It's in an IT lab, but it's unmanned.
