Good morning,
I am reaching out to you people since I got ghosted by Customer Success team.
Yesterday I bought Jamf 100 exam, Payment when through I got booted out of that login page, money was taken out of my account, I got no confirmation on my e-mail.
Anyone encountered this issue before?

I have not, no. However, make sure you are emailing training and not customer success. Support in any situation is rarely instantaneous, it could take them a day or two to figure out what went wrong and fix it. You can also call JAMF for an update, they are one of the few companies where humans still answer the phone.
