Can't download In-House app which is pointing to an internal web server

Hi,

I did set up a mobile device application on Jamf where the IPA-file is hosted on an internal webserver in our network. I can see the app on the self service portal on my iPad and when I click the Install button, the indicator just rotates but it doesn't do anything. The iPad is in the VPN to be able to access the Webserver where the IPA-File is hosted. Any idea what could be wrong here?
