I can´t seem to change the login screen keyboard layout to Danish after a baremetal deployment of Sierra (doesn´t work on El Capitan either).
The OS gets bound to AD and localization services get enabled as well all by policies set to at enrollment complete. I´ve tried pkgs with com.apple.HIToolbox and .GlobalPreferences installed by policies so far nothing seems to change the required setting. Two users are created an admin and casperadmin.
