Cannot upload Creative Cloud Desktop app

We have a fleet of MacOS devices running Catalina, using Jamf Pro for management. I have packaged the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application for deployment, this package was created via the Creative Cloud admin portal. The intention is to deploy the base app and then let users self manage/install/update their licensed apps, therefore the package was created to allow 'self service'.

Once i manage to get to the Creative Cloud Install.pkg and upload it to JamfPro, it will always fail during upload with 'package failed to upload'. I have tried doing this from the browser and the JamfAdmin app direct to the server and the same issue occurs.

  1. this has been tried with multiple packages, same issue

  2. it always fails between approx 15-30%

Ive seen some info on the forums here about using a DMG to deploy, however we block DMG on users devices so this is not an option.
