Cant Enroll Parallels Virtual Machine

What would be the cause of a "Profile Installation Failed" error? I've attached a screen shot. High Sierra installed on the VM with Parallels 13.342c6e2970ad473484b039b14c8731fc

I've had this before and it was cause by the VM not having a model number and serial number.

You might also find a "unknown" mobile device enrolled as well.
