Casper Focus and IOS 7

jamfsoftware.com details new features with Casper focus. looking forward to when these launch! Is there an update we will be waiting for?

Currently any devices on IOS 7 when attempting to focus will result in an error on the teachers device stating the students iPad is not in supervised mode (when we know it is). Any Fixes?

Did you get a notice/email about versions 9.1 and 8.72 of Casper Suite? They were just released and provide full iOS 7 support, at least from what I'm reading. We don't do iOS management here so i can't vouch for it.

I think this could be related to the Supervision Profile not appearing on Supervised devices running iOS 7. See https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=8394

Check your iOS 7 devices in Settings -> General -> Profiles. Do you have a 'Supervision Profile' in there?
