Hi, have a question for everyone. Any assistance would be much appreciated. We have Casper MDM setup. We have noticed that when an application that has been uploaded to Casper for example Bloomberg version 2.0, if auto Apple updates are turned on the iPad and if Bloomberg is updated to version 3.0, Casper MDM shows Bloomberg version 2.0 in the pending queue for this device. When creating a smart group for search queries, we receive bad data as if the application such as Bloomberg isn't even installed. Anyone with any suggestions or assistance would be great. Thanks.
