Casper Remote Screen Sharing logs in as Casper Suite Screen Sharing

Hi All,

We have a few machine that when we try to Remote control using Casper Remote they start screen sharing but instead of seeing the clients desktop we are actually logged in as "Casper Suite Screen Sharing".

Anyone else have this or know a fix? As far as I can tell all settings are correct as other machines work ok.

We are running Casper v8.64
