Hey all,
Quick question about Casper Screen sharing through Casper Remote. when initiating a screen sharing session our users are prompted for a Screen Sharing Request. The verbiage says "casperscreensharing" would like to share your screen.
Is "casperscreensharing" a default user set in Remote? We would like to it prompt with "Help Desk" would like to share your screen, but I cannot for the life of me find out anything about "casperscreensharing". We have SSH setup for another specific user. No idea where "casperscreensharing" is coming from.
Any thought or leads?

Ours says our AD Username... I think

I'm also seeing that same behavior. I always assumed that was 'how it worked'. It would be extremely cool if it would utilize our AD username instead. tijones, how is your Remote configured?

Ok what happens is this
Service desk connects to my machine it shows the service desk staff members AD username
I must accept this prompt, Once i do this the service desk staff member has the option to either login as a different user or share display,
If he choses share display with me (Tim Jones) I do get another prompt which is
so yes i guess mine also says casper screen sharing as well my mistake.

When I'm trying Remote, the screen share permission window doesn't show up. It comes up with the second screenshot window. Any way of enabling this?
