Hello all,
I have the same question as here: https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=347
The account that posted this has since been deleted so I figured I would start a new one.
In a nutshell: We had a student come to us yesterday saying they found our scripts on our Casper Share, we do not want them to be able to view these scripts at all. Do they need permission to the Share or does the share mount as the Casper user and only use that?
Does anyone use anything to combat users snooping around in the Share Point?
Thanks!

Yep. HTTPS secured with a username & password.
Shares will not show on desktop & are not browsable unless the correct details are entered.

I say HTTPS as we're using mac servers as DP's & with HTTPS you can limit access to a website via a Group.
