CCT Badge?

I was wondering how long it takes for badges to show up on your profile. I got my CCT on 3/20 and I don't have it yet, even though I got my certificate in the mail.

I had the same issue with my CJA badge, I completed my exam right around the time last years JNUC stuff was starting to ramp up. I eventually got it once they were done being super busy ;-).

I passed my CCT on 3/7 and still don't have my badge either.

I passed mine on a Friday in March and had the badge the following Tuesday.

It took a bit for mine to show up. I passed in February and I don't think it showed up for about a month.

And apparently... It's not showing up now...

I passed my CCT last spring and my CCA this spring. Still no badges. At this rate, I won't have them before 10.0 is released.

Did you set the same email address in your Jamf profile which you have used for exam ? It doesn't take too much time, ideally 48 hrs is enough for reflecting your badge or else you have to contact support team.

Yes, I used the same email address. I received both of my shirts in a timely manner. I'll email my TAM to check on it.
