Checkin hangs?

I have seen this error on several machines in our environment. It will make the machine almost completely unresponsive giving only the pinwheel. I have seen the delay be anywhere from 10- 15 seconds to 600 - 800 seconds. Please advise.

What is the error? The log snip you posted there is normal for a machine not finding any policies to execute on the every15 trigger. The every15 task is every 15mins plus random delay so everything isn't hitting all at once at the same time. Is there any other errors going on in your system.log at/around the same time?

This bit of code is just a glimpse into the delays. It will continue to cycle this code for two pages pinwheeling to the point that the user can do nothing.
