Chromebook Management?

Is anyone using an MDM for Chromebooks? There's the Google Control Panel of course, but the interface is pretty clunky and doesn't have any of our other stuff in it.

I looked briefly at using Merkaki a while back, which might be a nice spot to track all of our Android phones and Chromebooks in one spot, but I don't recall what the licensing model has moved to. I don't think it's completely free anymore.

I've never heard about MDM for Chromebooks. I've heard of people using Google Enterprise Console, Go Guardian, etc

Google considers their Control Panel the "MDM" for Chromebooks. You then look at additions to enhance their solution like Go Guardia, Hapara, or Promevo. Different add-ons concentrate on different things, eg, managing Google Drive, web filtering, etc. When I looked a few years ago, they all still required the $20 Google License for management since they all integrate with GApps.

Still wish Jamf would do a Recon Plugin for Chromebooks

@FritzsCorner ugh AirWatch..... why is this thing even in the Mac desktop realm?

We have had quite a few chrome books and the google interface was meh, even if it was a low-fi thing like Bushel but with a bit more beef to pair with casper or something would be nice.
