I just tried to configure my first patch management policy with Google Chrome and I got this notification on the scope. Should I stay the target like this because it will be automatically or should I change the scope to all computers? because I don't want to push the latest version to everyone, just to people with an old version of the application. I'm confused about this notification.

"Eligible" computers under Patch Management are computers that already have the application that's being patched. That's the point of patch management, to patch software that's already deployed. Scoping to all should be OK.
