I am trying to configure MS Outlook. Every time I run setupOutlook.scpt it get an error and want to run the First Run setup. I then tried pushing out this a script defaults write /Users/$USER/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.office "14FirstRunSetupComplete" -int 1 as before. Still it want to run First Run setup. How can I avoid Outlook wanting to run First Run Setup? Would there be away to get us Configuration Profiles to do this?

You could try configuring this Outlook for Exchange Setup Script for your environment to automate everything for when new user accounts are created on a machine that has this setup, it does more than what you're asking
