Creating Apple ID's - what is "T03-Batch ID"

I'm creating Apple ID's for kids at school and I have no idea what "T03-Batch ID" means or what I am supposed to put in that spreadsheet field. Any help?

I just created something that made sense for me - 5thGradeIDs or 6thGrade81414 (date) That way when you have many batches, you know what you are looking for. My parents kept 'losing' the emails and I had to resend.

I just kept it simple - I uploaded a test batch to see how the system responds to people out of age dates, people with email that are existing apple ID's, etc. That was batch "1" for me back in June. My real first batch I used "2" in early July, and uploaded 748 IDs. For any extra students that registered after July, I made additional batches. I suppose if you wanted to add people to the same batch, you could and it would just add them to the bottom of the report CSV you can export. Hope that helps.

I use the graduation year for the batch id. That way all future students fall into the same batch as the rest of there class.
