Dashboard object to display percentage of accepted invitations vs non accepted invitations

Has anybody every successfully deployed a dashboard object that displays the percentage of accepted enrollment invitations vs non-accepted enrollment invitations?

Is this even possible?

For example:...

I currently have 71 Macs in my population = 100% of my potential enrollments
I currently have 24 users/systems enrolled = ~33% of the population
I currently have 47 users/systems with pending enrollment invitations = ~66% of the population

I'd like a fancy way to see these percentages/numbers in real time.

Thoughts?
