I should have read about this ahead of time but I snapshotted our Casper server and upgraded to 9.21. After I found that I had issues getting packages to save to policies, I restored the snapshot taking our server back to 8.73. Now I have lost a number of clients because they got the 9.21 binary.
I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this behind the scenes but so far have been unsuccessful. Any idea on how I can do this? If I SSH to the machine and jamf -removeFramework and then try to get the machine back using Recon, it just hangs indefinitely on downloading the jamf binary.
