I love that Jamf is using Service Now. I realize it might be too soon to provide feedback.
Until recently I had issues with the emails I received from Jamf:
- All our replies are stripped from the email thread.
- Formatting is turned to Plain Text.
- Images/attachments are stripped.
- They keep dropping my colleagues from the CC list.
It wasn't until recently that I was told (reminded?) to log on to https://support.jamf.com to communicate.
My only suggestion is to maybe make that point clear(er) in the emails...to go to the above URL to see the entire thread, formatting, attachments, etc. :)
