DEP Enrollment not accepting Reseller ID?

I'm trying to sign up for DEP and the DEP portal isn't accepting my reseller's ID. I've verified it with the reseller, but the portal won't accept it. As a test, I tried a reseller ID from another vendor to see if that would verify, and it won't either.

Any suggestions?
