I just received this printer for our graphic arts class. I am wanting information on three possible setups I have in my head.
Option 1: Only deploying the printer to the Instructor and Instructor Aid computers.
(This would be ideal for cost savings but taxing on the Instructor and Aid's time)
Option 2: Deploying the printer to all 35 computers in the classroom.
(Ideal for the Instructor and the Aid but not ideal for cost of each print)
Option 3: Deploying to all 35 computers but route print jobs through the Instructor and IA for approval.
(Best of both worlds but most likely not possible through JAMF)
Any help in this situation would be greatly appreciated. I have an instructor that is itching to start using this printer.
