Has anyone had any luck packaging and deploying Epson 3800 printers?
I created one package using a Composer snapshot for the Epson 3800 printer software. Then I added the network printer queue for the Epson 3800's to Casper Admin. For some reason, after installing the printing software, can never get the "captured" queues on the workstations I assign them to. They indicate the printer is there, and ready, but when you attempt to print, jobs never get to the printer.
Just to make sure it wasn't the printer queues in Casper Admin causing a problem, I captured the CUPS settings with the printer queues added and deployed that, and still was not successful.
Can anyone else share a successful workflow on this?
