OS X 10.8 and 10.9. JSS is 9.60.
Got a couple of questions here that I hope others can shed some light on:
We are deploying printers via profiles. The computers already had drivers for the printers. We deployed the profiles first and then deployed the drivers.
Problems:
1. We are noticing that one of the printers keeps re-installing itself. It's a Canon C5255 using PS drivers. We have noticed this in the past as well and eventually it just went away.
2. We had older printers pushed out via profiles as well and wanted those printers removed. We figured as soon as we removed the profile in the JSS that it would automatically remove the old printers. However this is NOT the case. The old printers still remain.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
