Detecting Malware Ad Doubleclick

Hi All

i have a mac keep downloading txt file from ad.doubleclick.com, confirmed online it's a malware. any method to prevent this happen?

Probably worth running Adware medic on it http://www.adwaremedic.com/index.php. I've used it a few times and it works pretty well.
