Hi,
I am developing an App that would run on supervised/managed iPad and that App would need to be able to identify the iPad that it is running on . It would need either the series number or the UDID of the device in order to submit actions via the API for that device.
Apple does not give App access to that information.
Does anybody have any suggestions how this information could be made available to the app running on the device. The MDM obviously captures this information for each device but I don’t know how that information can be used by the app.
