Anyone else seeing iPads permanently break connection to Casper with no remedy but re-enroll? We are on JSS 9.92xxxx maintenance release. Have been getting lots of iPads that won't talk to Casper anymore, and upon further inspection, under Settings > General > Device Management > MDM Profile > More Details > Device Identity Certificate is blank. If you select it the only value there is "Key Size 2048". That's my guess as to why the connection is breaking.
Any thoughts?
