I am looking for a way to disable the emojis keyboard or replace it with a different keyboard. I am not seeing this in the config profile. Any way to do this?

Apple has not provided a way to do this so no one can.
Our testing company (SBAC) asked for (in the instructions) the emoji keyboard to be deleted but we all know it would immediately be re-installed. It is a caution only as they were worried student's would use emoji in their essays.
