Disable Internet Sharing on macOS Ventura

How do we disable Internet sharing on macOS Ventura via Jamf. We have some success on macOS Monterey and earlier but not on Ventura. 

This is a User-Initiated enrollment devices.

Looking at the CIS Ventura Benchmark. You can either send a script or a configuration profile. Probably better to do a CP.
