Is it possible to disable 'Private Browsing' via Configuration Profile for iOS devices?

I believe this is currently not a feature of Apples MDM spec for iOS (even when so I would image they would only be able to do this for Safari), I would suggest submitting a request to Apple via http://radar.apple.com
