Dock Tile Question Marks/Script

Crew:

After running the command as root : /usr/sbin/jamf fixDocks to fix dock question marks, seems better if that were just imported or written as a policy. Anyone done this with success?

Typically I only see the question marks when you capture a dock, and push it out to a client where the client doesn't have those items available or installed. What is showing up as question marks on your dock?

Self-Service is the only thing that's coming up, everything else looks great.

Is Self-Service installed on the system and in the same location as it was on the machine when it was added to Casper Admin?

Not applicable

Yep, self-service is installed, pushed out as a pkg in Casper Admin and added as a dock item in policies. Each of the apps and associated dock tiles are coming across nicely, just don't see the self-service dock tile coming up. Added the self-service icns icon also.

If you click on the self service app after you deploy it, will the icon
then show up?
