Happy New Year!
We're FINALLY doing dual-boot on our systems and I wanted to know if we need to split the Fusion drive in order for that to work.

Nope. Bootcamp Assistant will take care of the partitioning for you. Windows, however, will reside totally on the spinning rust drive and will not take advantage of the SSD (in the default configuration).
