El Capitan Dock customization issue

Hi guys,

Having a silly problem when customizing the dock for users.

Problem: I get two download folders on the dock after imaging. One is the proper downloads folder where it fans out, the other is a question mark "?".

Are you guys running into this?

I'm modifying the plist under /Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist

I'm just testing right now by creating a new policy in Casper and using FUT.

I have seen this as well. I was seeing either a question mark (?) or a Downloads folder icon with a No Access symbol on it (like it is actually pointing to the download folder for the temp User I used to create it).

My fix was to just remove the downloads folder from the Dock altogether. I found that the Downloads folder icon on the Dock now appears to get created on the fly for newly created profiles which is why you can end up with two of them.
