Enrollment and Recon STUCK at reading username.plist

Seems today when my machines attempt to enroll via a QuickAdd package or run an inventory (via recon) from a policy, they're getting stuck at "reading username.plist" and doesn't go past it. I've tried from multiple machines, on our wired internal network (thought maybe something changed on our firewall), as well as off our network from standard home internet and a cellular hot spot oo. We connect to jamfcloud (https://xxx.jamfcloud.com)
of course without updated inventory, policies are not completing and smart groups are not getting populated.
Did something change recently? our cloud version is running:

Working with Keng from Support and I'm able to replicate the issue on multiple systems. We are finding that the Profile is not getting installed as part of the enrollment from the QuickAdd package. We did a RemoveFramework and then rebooted and this time I did the http://CloudURL/enrollment option, and once I manually authorized the profile installs, this time get me a bit further in the enrollment, but still hung when trying to report back to the server. Even simply doing a sudo jamf recon never completes. One machine I started last night about 7pm ET was still trying to submit at 12N today! Very frustrating!

One thing I found when I moved from 10.14 to 10.15 and had a bad EA script... the progress only shows the completed step not the current step. So in my case during inventory update or enrollment it would do A, B, C, and D. And it should seem to hang on C... but it had finished C and was actually attempting D. See what's next in the process and look there.
