Enrollment Complete but no policies or profiles applied?

Hi All,

Had a user enroll their Mac (running High Sierra) into Jamf via an enrollment email. Everything looked good, it says "Enrollment Complete" if I search for their device Search Inventory I find their device, it has all the information (HD, certs, installed applications, ect) but its listed as "Unmanaged" and under the Management tab there is nothing listed there. I'm still pretty new to Jamf but I've never run across this situation. Anyone have any thoughts on how to force the management? We ran both sudo jamf policy/recon and those seemed to return normal results.

Update: I discovered that under the computer record -> general if I edit that theres a checkbox to manage the computer, it used my admin account but it now at least says that its managed and getting the policies.
