Hi there,
I've been tasked to build a migration plan for the moving off 500 blackberries to iPhone devices. I've never done anything quite like this before and so i was hoping that someone who has done it before can give some insight into best practice and any gotchas that i really want to avoid.
We have an MDM in place for the management of the iOS devices and can deliver config profiles , email, apps and so forth. Where my understanding falters are things like transferring user data, contacts, photos etc. The time it takes to move users across. Provisioning best practice and so forth.
We use Exchange 2010 and would be purchasing phones with iOS 6.
Not sure if i need to outline anything further.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks
Dafydd
