My company is migrating to Microsoft 365. Recently in Entourage no information available in scheduling. Does anyone have a fix for this issue for Entourage 2008?

Office 365 is going to require you install the Web Services Edition of Entourage 2008. You can download the free updater from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=28408
To make this as simple as possible, be sure Office 2008 is fully updated to 12.3.2 and then apply the Entourage update.

We are currently using Exchange 2003 that patch isn't compatible. Any other suggestions?

Then you're not using Office 365.
Free/Busy information for Entourage 2008 is handled by your Exchange system's public folders server. Make sure you have the correct public folders server listed in your Entourage account's settings. Try just server.example.com. If that doesn't work then try server.example.com/public.
You might also want to log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA) and verify you can see scheduling there. (I don't recall if viewing free/busy is possible for OWA in Exchange 2003.) If you can see scheduling but nothing appears then the problem is more likely with your public folders server.
