Error: "Unable to launch Self Service. Unable to determine the logged in user."

I would like Self Service to launch after DEP enrollment and the user is logged in. I am getting the error "Unable to launch Self Service. Unable to determine the logged in user." in the Jamf.jog after user login. I have "launch Self Service when done" turned on but something is preventing it from working properly. We are using mobile accounts with skip account creation turned on in the pre-stage. Any ideas to why Self Service not launching as expected after enrollment?
