I'm running into an issue with some new iPads where the connection to our Exchange server gives an error after the iPad is set up through the pre-stage enrollment. Nothing has been changed in the configuration profile for the Exchange settings or on the server that should cause any issues; on existing deployments email is working fine and on the iPads in question they can access OWA. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not sure what else to check, and I don't think I can change from pre-stage enrollment on these devices.
ETA: Our network admin turned off ActiveSync for all accounts trying to hunt down a problem which ended up affecting all of my iPad users. Just in case this is helpful for anyone from the future.
