JSS 8.73 shows duplicate users in:
JSS > Management > Restricted Software > Edit Restricted Software > Exempt Users
Searching for one of the duplicate users shows only one Mac assigned to him/her (we're 1:1).
The concern being whether we need to select 1 or ALL of the duplicates for that user in the list, and any impact it can have on software restriction (this feature is important for us to manage restricted apps).
I opened a ticket with JAMF, thought I'd check here (searches came up dry).
