Exporting Outlook Mail rules

Hi,

Does anyone know how to export mail rules from Outlook for Mac at all? Is there a way to do this? I'm using Outlook for Mac v16 and on OS Mojave 10.14.2

I need this in an attempt to import the rules into G Suite
